This wine is 100% Rabigato, sourced from vineyards at 500 metres of altitude, hand-harvested and wild-fermented in stainless steel. It was aged partly in oak and partly in stainless steel, producing just 2,300 bottles. On the nose, it reveals refined notes of oak, orange blossom, white fruit, and the signature minerality of the variety. On the palate, silky mineral textures merge with concentrated fruit and perfectly balanced acidity, leading to a long, persistent finish. Elegant and complex, it shines on its own or paired with rich fish, shellfish, or the region’s traditional fried river fish. Serve at 12–14°C.
